What is PlayReflect?

PlayReflect is an AI-powered reflection and journaling tool designed specifically for young athletes. It helps you track your training sessions and matches, identify patterns over time, and develop as a player through guided post-session reflections.

How do I create a reflection?

After logging in, click 'New Reflection' from the dashboard. You'll be guided through a series of questions about your session - what went well, what could be improved, and any notable player observations. The AI will then help you identify patterns and insights.

Is PlayReflect free?

PlayReflect is completely free for every player. Unlimited reflections, AI-powered pattern detection, voice notes, full history, mood and energy analytics, goals and tasks. No credit card required. Coaches can subscribe to team plans starting at $69.99 per month for a dashboard that shows how their players are developing.

Does my coach's team subscription cover me?

If your coach has subscribed to a Team, Club, or Academy plan and you're a member of their team on PlayReflect, you automatically get Pro features at no extra cost. You'll see 'Pro via [Team Name]' in your settings.

What are the team plans?

Coaches can subscribe to a Team ($69.99/mo for 1 team, up to 30 players), Club ($199/mo for up to 5 teams, 150 players), or Academy ($499/mo for unlimited teams and players) plan. Every player on their team gets Pro automatically. All team plans include a 7-day free trial. Visit the pricing page for full details.

Can I share my reflections with others?

Yes! Each reflection can be shared via a unique link. This is great for discussing sessions with coaches, mentors, parents, or for your own development portfolio.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Account and click 'Export Data'. This will download all your reflections, sessions, and profile data as a JSON file.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'. This will take you to our payment portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Your reflections are private to you. Even if your coach has a team plan, they only see engagement stats (how often you reflect, streaks, mood trends) and never the actual text of your reflections.
